Rehabilitation Clinic is installed on the banks of a beautiful lagoon and freshwater heated 7 colors, in Southeast Mexico : La Laguna Bacalar.
I was invited to lead the Health Center. On my official presentation to staff several employees were fired by the CEO. It seemed that was in disarray , discomfort and apathy in that place ...
Later, I had the opportunity to interact with patients and learn more about their addictive preferences . What I heard were complaints and allegations that staff lived fighting each other , and that neglecting them , providing them with substandard care .
There was no time to argue. Patients were as scarce days of being discharged. I organized an immediate joint awareness among patients and all staff to be sinceraran and will file its harshness . Forgiveness came more sincere and dynamic launched in the clinic ..
Presented to staff a working system based on human values and management of archetypes including to me as an example: "Please do what I do , if you work well , do You and if I look bad doing things and do them well. " I prayed to the Divine and I proceeded to make my strategies immediately.
I was the first to get up at 6:30 PM. My morning prayer performed in the chapel and to ring the bell to give notice to all the work that the institution had already started.
At that time , invited patients to the lake to greet and thank ¨ ¨ Our Father who is in Heaven with his light and gives us food every day ...

We were all searching for meaning people , welfare and especially love ... We were able to integrate a community of peers and siblings in a very short time ... The sincerity , humility and spontaneity were present ...
Two days before discharging patients , I organized a family party on the pretext of September 15 , the date of independence from Mexico. Manuela and I prepared dinner with Mexican tostadas and pozole . It was a beautiful encounter with humanity , where all family members witnessed the health of their loved ones ever treated ... The cry of Independence was given in the chapel for patients to ringing of the bell : "Death to the corrupt system and dishonest that we did so much damage ! Death to the bastards who manipulate us and exploit us ! Vivan our loved ones who have never failed us ! ...
Patients two days after they were discharged , but not by me, but by Shiva which of them to handle . I was fired by the CEO after party for missing clinic regulations that prohibit and for having questioned the technical staff in the confrontational meeting with patients ... A month later, the CEO was dismissed by the Superior Council for making improper use of the money of the Foundation ...
